Shipping, Returns & Care
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from melindamaria.com, Melinda Maria Designs will accept returns for either an exchange/store credit or a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date, with the exception of items that have been engraved and sale items. All items under "SALE" collection are FINAL SALE and are ONLY eligible for store credit/exchange and NOT full refunds.
After 30 days from the delivery date, Melinda Maria Designs will accept returns on full-price merchandise subject to the following conditions:
- All items can be returned for an exchange or store credit PRIOR to 30 days from the delivery date without any extra charges
- All items returned AFTER 30 days from the delivery date are only eligible for exchange or store credit
- No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 45 days from the delivery date.
- Wholesale orders do not qualify for refunds. If wholesale items are returned, only store credit or an exchange will be issued.
Any items that were personalized with engraving are also excluded from the above policies, with the exception of any error on behalf of Melinda Maria or where the item may be faulty. Any items that have a quality defect as reported by the customer will be excluded from the above policies.
If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps noted below.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and indicate the reason for your return. If within 30 days from the delivery date, please also indicate in your email if you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Our customer service team will respond to you in 24-48 hours with a free return label.
- Please pack the items in the original box and append the label on the box. Ship your return and retain your receipt.
- Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure the returned items are in good condition and not damaged.
- If the inspection is passed, refunds will be processed immediately.
Melinda Maria Designs is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit as a result of poor packaging or posting via your own methods/not utilizing the mailing label.
For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you. For refunds, the credit card used for the initial purchase will be refunded for the merchandise amount. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to post to your account depending on the credit card company's processing time
