RETURN & REPAIR POLICIES
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry our polices for returns are as follows:
We do not offer any REFUNDS. All final orders from our website are considered a confirmation and full-agreement in the above statement of no refunds.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Exchanges or Store credit are provided at the sole discretion of Melinda Maria Designs.
All exchanges and store credit must meet the following requirements in order to be AUTORIZED.
In order to be AUTHORIZED please follow the simple steps below.
-Email request for a swap/exchange within 20 days of receiving shipment
(If something is sent back to Melinda Maria without being authorized it will be sent directly back to the sender).
-Obtain an Official Melinda Maria Return Authorization Number. Please contact MM Customer Service via email at customerservice@melindamaria.com to request number. Items without Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and sent back to sender.
-The item must be returned in its original condition that meets Melinda Maria requirements as new.
- Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, pack & ship item to MM Headquarters. The package should include copy of original invoice, detailed description regarding exchange and item to be sent back.

Once we receive your swap, your credit or swap will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original form of payment.
-We highly suggest sending your swap/exchange back via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when sending jewelry back to Melinda Maria. Exchanges will be subject to outbound shipping charges.
Sale items are non-returnable.
We will not refund shipping charges on any swap/exchange items.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value pending the requirements above. Shipping costs may apply.
If a remaining balance is due to Melinda Maria Designs the customer will be contacted accordingly to attain payment information.

REPAIR POLICY
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry our polices for repairs are as follows:
We will repair any design purchased through MelindaMaria.com within 90 days of purchase.
To have an item repaired, please follow the steps listed below:
1. Obtain an Official Melinda Maria Return Authorization Number. Please contact MM Customer Service via email at customerservice@melindamaria.com to request number. We will not accept items without RA Number.
2. Once Return Authorization Number is acquired pack & ship item to MM Headquarters. The package should include copy of original invoice.

3. Once received please allow 7-10 business days for the Return to be processed.
- If a repair charge applies the customer will be contacted by Melinda Maria Designs to attain payment information.
A repair is not different then a swap/exchange. The item will be repaired and sent back to the customer. Shipping costs may apply. There will be no refunds for repaired items.
