General

*Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Business hours are 10-5 PST.

 

Once an order has been placed online, we are not able to make changes to it or combine it with any other orders.

 

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing orders before your order ships.

 

Orders placed for overnight delivery will be shipped out on the following business day*.

 

Shipping

Free UPS Ground shipping is available for all orders over $100 shipping domestically.

 

We do not offer service to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.

 

Customs, duty, and import fees may apply if your order is shipped to a destination outside the United States. We now provide you with the option of paying these importation fees at the time of purchase. To choose this option, simply select the Premier or Express service in the checkout and you will not be responsible for any additional fees beyond that point.

 

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the shipping method, the weight of the items purchased, the original retail of the items purchased and the destination of the package.

 

Returns

You may exchange any purchase from MelindaMaria.com within 30 days of the order date. If you purchased your item at an authorized retailer please contact them for further assistance.

 

We do not offer refunds, however we are happy to assist with an exchange or re-order!

 

All sale merchandise is final sale. We will not accept returns, or order cancellations on sale merchandise.

 

Any items must be returned in new and resalable condition.

 

Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. If you would like to exchange an item(s) purchased from our website for different merchandise or store credit, please email customerservice@melindamaria.com. If approved, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions stating how to return your item(s) to Melinda Maria. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your exchange.

 

Do not return items until you have received a Return Authorization number. Any and all merchandise returned to Melinda Maria without authorization will be returned to sender upon receipt.

 

Repairs

Melinda Maria stands behind its merchandise with a 90-day warranty on products purchased from MelindaMaria.com. We are more than happy to handle repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this 90-day period. Repair inquiries should be directed to our Customer Service.


Care and Cleaning

Each piece of Melinda Maria jewelry is handcrafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care avoiding direct and prolonged contact with water, lotions, perfumes & chemicals. Our jewelry is plated with 14K gold and may tarnish with normal wear over time. Use a jewelry cloth to gently wipe your pieces after each use so you can enjoy our beautiful jewelry for a long time. Excessive polishing is unnecessary and not recommended.

 

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect we suggest you email CustomerService@MelindaMaria.com with order number and a photo of your piece and we will be happy to facilitate an exchange for you.

 

Purchases from Authorized Melinda Maria Retailers

If you purchased your item at an authorized retailer please contact them for further assistance. This includes all major retailers, boutiques as well as online retailers.

 

Manufacturing

All of our jewelry is designed in Los Angeles and is handcrafted in India with exacting standards, aesthetics and exceptional quality.

 

Sales Tax

By law, all items shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax.
